Terms of use

Deck My Alerts is operated by Vallar LLC. These terms apply when an invited user creates or uses a Deck My Alerts account. Browsing the informational website does not create a paid subscription.

The service

Deck My Alerts receives compatible marketplace and auction alert emails, extracts normalized listing information, and presents a private discovery queue, Deck and Scroll views, Favorites, source filters, and processing Status. Optional compatibility with tested external agents is planned for the beta.

Deck My Alerts is not a marketplace, auction house, seller, buyer, broker, valuer, investment adviser, or general email service. It does not place bids, purchase items, contact sellers, create marketplace alerts, or guarantee a listing's availability, condition, authenticity, legality, price, estimate, auction result, or end time.

Eligibility and account responsibility

The beta is invitation-only. You must be legally able to enter into the subscription and must provide accurate account and billing information. Keep your authentication methods and permanent inbound address secure. You are responsible for activity through your account and for promptly reporting suspected unauthorized use.

You may send or forward only alert emails that you are entitled to receive and process. Do not use Deck My Alerts for ordinary personal email, unsolicited email, unlawful content, malware, secrets, payment credentials, or another person's private communications.

Supported-alert limits

Support is limited to the exact email-template families identified on the Supported alerts page. A marketplace may change a template or send another message type that Deck My Alerts cannot process. Unknown or changed structures may be rejected or shown as failed rather than imported. Support for one template does not mean support for every message, language, category, or alert from that source.

Email-derived prices and times reflect information available when the alert was sent. A value labelled Bid at alert is not a live bid. Always open the original listing and verify current details before acting.

Subscriptions and billing

The Standard plan is intended to be offered at USD $9.90 per month or USD $99.00 per year, with the same product access under either billing choice. A seven-day payment-method-required trial is planned. Unless cancelled before the trial ends, the selected subscription begins automatically and renews at the selected interval until cancelled.

Lemon Squeezy is expected to act as merchant of record and to operate hosted checkout, payment collection, taxes, refunds, and customer billing tools. The price, applicable tax, trial end, renewal interval, and merchant terms shown at checkout control the transaction. Paid checkout is not available during Phase 024A.

Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the current trial or paid period. Refund eligibility is described in the Cancellation and Refund Policy. Mandatory consumer rights continue to apply.

Payment lapse and retained information

If payment fails, Deck My Alerts may allow a three-day payment grace period before pausing new alert processing. Alerts received while processing is paused may be held privately for up to seven days and processed if payment resumes in time; otherwise they are deleted unprocessed. Previously retained discoveries, Favorites, and safe Status may remain available under the normal retention policy.

External links and services

Deck My Alerts links to third-party marketplaces and may interoperate with third-party identity, payment, hosting, and agent services. Their content, availability, pricing, conduct, and terms are outside Vallar LLC's control. Opening a listing or connecting an agent sends information to that provider under its own terms and privacy policy.

An agent may misunderstand a request or present information incorrectly. Review the underlying WDD discovery and original marketplace listing before taking consequential action. Deck My Alerts does not authorize an external agent to bid, buy, send email, or contact a seller on WDD's behalf.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt to bypass account, tenant, rate, source, link, image, payment, or security controls; probe another user's data; reverse engineer private service boundaries; overload the service; automate abusive traffic; misuse an inbound address; or use Deck My Alerts in violation of law or third-party rights. Access may be limited or suspended to protect users, providers, or the service while suspected misuse is investigated.

Availability and changes

The beta may contain errors, experience interruptions, change supported templates, or end. Vallar LLC may make reasonable changes needed for security, provider requirements, source-template changes, legal compliance, or product operation. Material changes to paid terms will be communicated before they take effect where required.

To the extent permitted by law, Deck My Alerts is provided without a guarantee that every alert, listing, image, price, or external link will be complete, accurate, available, or processed without delay. Nothing in these terms excludes a right, remedy, warranty, or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Intellectual property

Vallar LLC owns Deck My Alerts software, branding, and original site content. Marketplace names, listing text, images, and other third-party material remain the property of their respective owners. Your use of Deck My Alerts does not transfer ownership of third-party content.

Ending use

You may stop using Deck My Alerts and cancel future renewal. Vallar LLC may suspend or end access for material breach, abuse, legal or security risk, provider restriction, or discontinuation of the beta. Data remains subject to the Privacy Notice, normal retention, billing records, and applicable legal obligations.
